This project converted a garage into a second bedroom, renovated all interior spaces and installed all new mahogany exterior doors and windows.

New Warm Springs Residence
This new, 7,800 SF home is constructed on the original Leland Stanford estate in Fremont, CA.
On the exterior, precast concrete elements with limestone finish were judiciously used to articulate the entry and other features.
The interior strategy was to install an attractive yet understated stone floor, an attractive wood ceiling and an attractive yet simple and affordable sand-finish plaster veneer on vertical wall surfaces. We simply let the client?s art collection speak for itself.
New Palo Alto Residence
This new 2,400 SF residence is located on the southwest corner of Bryant and Addison Streets in Palo Alto, CA. The shingle exterior reflects the architectural style of many Professorville Historic District homes.
The interior is organized around an open and spacious, light-gathering, four-story stairwell, linking ground floor wine tasting and entertainment rooms and an au pair apartment to first floor living spaces to second floor bedrooms and an open attic office-loft, accessible via ships
